Spartan's functional fitness race: 10 stations with 500 m runs between each. Three formats — DEKA Fit (most running), DEKA Mile, DEKA Strong (no running). Stations include RAM, rowing, ski erg, sled drag, farmer carry, and more. Beginner-friendly atmosphere with a diabolically effective format. Growing fast in the 50+ demographic. Results post to a global leaderboard by age group. No obstacles, no mud — just functional fitness under a clock.
