HYROX Fitness Race
What it takes
HYROX is the world's largest mass-participation fitness race, blending running with functional strength in a format anyone can train for. The course alternates 8 x 1 km runs with 8 functional workout stations: sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and a ski erg. Most competitors finish in 60-90 minutes. With 100+ events worldwide across the US, Europe, and Asia, HYROX has grown explosively since 2017 — attracting everyone from CrossFitters to marathon runners looking for a new challenge. Divisions include individual, doubles, and relay, with scaled Pro and Open categories.
