What it takes
5 km (3.1 mi) trail race with 20 obstacles. The gateway obstacle course race — manageable distance, real challenge, huge 50+ participation. Obstacles include rope climb, spear throw, bucket carry, atlas stone carry, and the signature barbed wire crawl. Scaled obstacles mean nobody gets left behind. The Sprint is where the obsession starts. Age group podiums from 50-54 through 70+.
