What it takes
10 miles (16 km), 25+ obstacles designed around teamwork, not time. No cutoffs, no rankings for the standard event. The most social and accessible of the major OCR formats. Obstacles include Electroshock Therapy (live wires), Arctic Enema (ice water), Everest (quarter-pipe wall), and the signature Mud Mile. Strangers help each other over walls. The culture is explicitly collaborative — you finish with the people around you.
